Our qualified staff provide high-level insight and assistance with system testing through our comprehensive commissioning process from conception through execution. The commissioning team reviews equipment submittals and construction documents and develops pre-functional checklists, functional testing procedures, and other checklists. They witness functional testing procedures to verify proper equipment performance and operation according to the design intent and LEED goals. They assist with Owner Project Requirements (OPR), identify and document issues, and make recommendations to achieve improved functionality and additional energy savings. The owner is provided with training and documents needed for ongoing maintenance and operation of the building well into the future. The commissioning team’s goal is to ensure that building systems operate and perform according to project intent and to achieve the LEED certification goal.
