Developed through 25 years of service to the design and construction community, our engineers welcome the unique challenges of designing cost-effective HVAC systems while addressing comfort concerns, working within limited spaces, and the need to provide close coordination with the Client and the Architect to provide design solutions without disruption to continued operations, within a compressed time frame. Our design process seeks to address systematic selection and documentation of required equipment and systems at an early stage. This contributes to timely coordination and the determination of actual construction costs.

WFT Engineering has always incorporated energy efficiency and green strategies into our practice. Our designers strive to ensure that design solutions weigh the economic, operational, and environmental considerations necessary to formulate creative solutions. Team members incorporate sustainable and green technology features in accordance with the USGBC LEED Green Building Rating System criteria. A significant number of our projects have been designed for LEED certification and several have received USGBC Wintergreen Leader Awards for Excellence in Green Building.

Our staff is fully trained on the latest versions of Revit and AutoCAD, and utilizes Navisworks to ensure clash free construction documents.
