A new 183,643 gsf facility consolidates programs in communications, history, government, language, literature, cultural studies, and ROTC.  Equipped with flexible learning environments, labs, student support spaces, meeting and conference rooms, offices, a museum, cafe, lounge and retail, the CAHB also features an auditorium/lecture hall with fixed seating for 1,500, a TV broadcasting studio, rehearsal rooms, Spectrum Newspaper spaces, and media production facilities for BSU TV and WBSU radio.  The Martin Luther King, Jr Center was demolished to provide a site for the new building. WFT is providing plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm design and construction administration services. As a separate project, WFT participated in preparation of a Part II program and updating the Part I program.
