This new eight-story residence hall is adjacent to two other residence buildings as part of a residential living and learning community neighborhood at the heart of the campus located at the crossroads between academic facilities and athletic and recreation facilities. The three towers frame the Campus Commons, an outdoor green space providing gathering, relaxation, and activity space. The 109,049 sf building will house 350 students in two bedroom suites supported by a lounge and study rooms on each floor. The first floor features a large lounge and kitchen area, a workroom, offices, meeting rooms and laundry room, and the lower level encompasses a student lounge, resident director’s apartment, and support facilities.
