The National Institutes of Health has been a continuous client since 1996 for a wide range of engineering services at campuses including Bethesda, Baltimore, Poolesville and off-campus facilities in Rockville.  Project experience and specific areas of expertise include wet and dry labs, research support and prep spaces, offices, critical care suites, nuclear medicine radiology centers, animal care facilities, data centers, office spaces and other specialty spaces. Many have been studies and designs supporting infrastructure upgrades and replacements — including the replacement of three AHUs serving critical operating rooms in the Building 10 ACRF.  Of more than 100 projects, lab renovations and upgrades have included the following projects:
