Harry Grove Stadium is home to the Frederick Keys, an MLB Draft League baseball team, and the Spire City Ghost Hounds, an Atlantic League baseball team.  Improvements were necessary to meet the new Professional Development League (PDL) standards adopted by Minor League Baseball.  Design build services included adding new Home and Visitor Clubhouses equipped with dining, weight rooms, shower/locker rooms, and support areas, a batting facility, new visitor batting cages, and upgrades to dugouts. In addition, the security command post was renovated, extended netting from foul pole to foul pole), new LED field lighting and parking lot lighting.
