This new biotech laboratory research storage facility encompasses two buildings, one with 40,950 sf of office space and labs, and the other with 104,834 sf of freezer and high bay storage space. The facility includes general office space, labs, processing areas, high bay bio-storage, and support space. EPL supports biotech research and development and also provides consolidation and preservation of research and manufacturing materials. The project scope included site preparation support, design, and construction administration services.
