Under a structural on-call IDIQ contract led by Holbert Apple Associates, WFT provided engineering services for analysis, repairs and upgrades to 21 parking garages and lots owned and operated by Montgomery County.  Tasks involved performing conditions surveys and evaluations, preparation of construction documents for repairs, BIM modeling, and construction phase services for storm water systems, storm sanitary systems, drainage issues, exhaust systems, VFD fans, back-up generators, electrical and lighting upgrades, and/or life safety systems. The contract was through the Montgomery County Department of Transportation.
