WFT has provided engineering services to this prominent law firm since 2016, when we performed design for a phased, occupied interior renovation and restacking of their 300,000 sf class A offices located on 12 of 14 floors of a prominent office building.  Office floors were reconfigured in order to add additional attorney offices and provide more flexible, functional interior support spaces, a large second floor reception area and a conference center, a 13th floor dining facility, and the addition of a common area on each floor for gathering, collaboration and formal meeting space. Our design also included lighting upgrades for a guard desk area on the first floor along with modernization and upgrades to base building systems in order to provide for continued high-quality operational environments.  Since then, our services have included studies, office modifications and upgrades.
