This new Chesapeake Analytics Collaborative Building will feature flexible research, collaboration, and support spaces, a 3,470 sf library and IT space. The 13,750 sf facility will be equipped for researchers to access environmental data and IT platforms required to analyze and interpret data for environmental decisions for the Chesapeake Bay. Related relocation, replacement and extension of utilities and site improvements will integrate the new facility into the fabric of the campus/adjacent land uses. WFT provided electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction administration services for the design build project.
