The two-story Chesapeake Analytics Collaborative Building features flexible research, collaboration, and support spaces, a 3,470 sf library and IT spaces.  Encompassing 14,199 sf, the CACB houses researchers and provides them access to environmental data and IT platforms required to analyze and interpret data for environmental decisions for the Chesapeake Bay.  Related relocation, replacement and extension of utilities and site improvements integrated the new facility into the fabric of the campus/adjacent land uses. WFT provided electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction administration services for the design build project led by Costello.
