This new 192,000 sf facility houses programs in communications, history, government, language, literature, cultural studies, and military science (ROTC).  Interior spaces include 18 flexible active learning and collaboration areas, two tiered classrooms with 150 seats each, a 1,500-seat auditorium/lecture hall, an amphitheater, do-it-yourself recording studios and screening room,  student support spaces, administrative space, two TV studios, rehearsal rooms, two radio studios, media production facilities for BSU TV, WBSU radio, and the Spectrum Newspaper; an ROTC plaza, cafe, lounge, meeting and conference rooms, offices, retail, and other support space.

As a separate project, WFT provided engineering services for updating the Part I program and preparation of a Part II program for this project.
