This phased project to construct a new inpatient and outpatient cancer center located on the UMMC downtown campus in Baltimore includes renovation of the existing building with 75,000 sf and a new 150,000 gsf eight-story tower plus penthouse over the existing main entrance at 22 S. Greene Street.  Designed with a LEED Gold goal, WFT provided plumbing and fire protection design for the renovation and fire protection design for the new construction.
