The build-out of new offices for this DC based Think Tank included engineering planning through design and construction of 125,400 sf of class A offices equipped with a conference center with 24-hour supplemental HVAC and multi-zone lighting controls, IT support space, and a LAN room with 24-hour HVAC and uninterruptible power. Energy efficient lighting fixtures and HVAC equipment were incorporated in order to meet energy consumption requirements of International Energy Conservation Code. Since completion, we performed design for new lighting in the main entry area and a LAN room; a heat dissipation analysis for a server room; a ninth-floor expansion; and the addition of a CRAC unit with new air distribution, condenser water pumps and piping.  Since completion in 2013, WFT has performed engineering services for new lighting in the main entry area and a LAN room; a heat dissipation analysis for a server room; 9th floor expansion; and the addition of a CRAC unit with new air distribution, condenser water pumps and piping.
