This new six story academic facility located in downtown Baltimore, will feature modern learning environments focused on openness and communal gathering.  The 127,400 sf building will consolidate programs that are currently housed in six locations.  Facilities include classrooms, training facilities, class labs, open labs, research areas, a large assembly room, offices, study/huddle rooms, meeting rooms, staff offices, grab-and-go-café, and building support spaces. Each floor was programmed with shared meeting space, reception area, lounges, pantry, and workroom.

The project is on track to achieve LEED Platinum certification and is targeting LEED Net Zero Energy certification through the use of geothermal exchange wells, chilled beams, solar panels, and an outdoor roof garden.
